Isha Foundation is offering the Inner Engineering Program, an intensive program for personal growth and for establishing the possibility of exploring the higher dimensions of life. This program offers tools to re-engineer one’s self through the inner science of yoga.

Inner Engineering is a synthesis of holistic sciences that help establish a deep inner foundation and thereby a healthy framework for physical and mental well-being. Program components include guided meditations and transmission of the “Shambhavi Maha Mudra” practice.
