Atmananda Vinyasa Flow
A vinsaya flow that begins with sun salutations to warm up, then moves through various hip openers to release tension, forward bends to fire digestion, back bends to open the heart, arm balances to tone and strengthen the body, and inversions to reverse gravity. The Atmananda Yoga Sequence is a body of knowledge that combines and incorporates Hatha Yoga, and Asthanga Yoga into a dynamic vinsaya flow. Open and refresh the body with seven groups of asanas, while protecting yourself though proper placement of hands and feet to maintain correct alignment. Move with the breath to bring awareness to our body’s vital energy, Prana.
Yoga for Beginners
A vinyasa flow class with the structure of the Atmananda Yoga Sequence. Although instructors follow the principles of the sequence, they individually tailor classes to focus on certain postures or parts of the body. In accordance with the teachings of the sequence, there is attention brought to the breath and alignment.
This class focuses releasing stress and tension in our body by opening the hips. Breath work, combined with stretches, open channels in our energetic bodies so that we may better absorb and utilize Prana to facilitate healing on deeper levels.
An invigorating asana practice focused on one-breath-one-movement sequences to keep the prana flowing and body energized. Class is open-level, as students are encouraged to find the right pose for their bodies each day.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for 90 seconds to 3 minutes to go into deep connective tissue and awaken it. Yin is restorative and meditative. It is about being still, soft, and deep.
In Aerial Vinyasa, we flow through a sequence of inversions, core-strengthening postures and deep stretches with the support of the silk hammock. Increasing our strength, stability, and mobility, the hammock offers a complete spinal decompression, along with a fun, new way of connecting with our body and breath.
Take a moment to slow down and detach from everything– including the floor. During this 75-minute session, we observe the breath in 5–7 restorative postures for 5–10 minutes each. Students are invited to take their sweet time to find complete comfort, so that they can fully surrender into each asana. We explore the space between poses by enjoying a few breaths of gentle movement, allowing the mind and the body to reset and reintegrate, and close by melting into a cozy cocoon for a nice, long savasana self-snuggle, before re-emerging into the world, relaxed, recharged, and renewed.
Free your mind, body, and spirit with this 60 minutes stretch using the Aerial hammock. You’ll be guided through a series of yogic inspired poses and deep stretches. Create more mobility in the joints, increase flexibility, and decompress your spine through gentle traction as the body hangs freely.

Kundalini Yoga was kept and taught in secret for the last three millennia, until 1969 when Yogi Bhajan was guided to come to the West to openly teach these sacred ancient techniques. Kundalini Yoga comes from a legacy, and has been delivered to us by The Golden Chain, the ongoing lineage of teacher to student. This class is good for all levels and combines Asanas, Movement, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras, Meditation and Mantra which when practiced gently help to raise the kundalini energy within the individual. Kundalini Yoga helps one live in one’s fullest potential by having a clearer thought process, inner strength and stillness to endure and overcome the challenges of life, a heightened intuitive sense, and a deeper understanding through compassion.
