THERAPEUTIC AND RESTORATIVE YOGA

 

It is an active rest, with some aids such as blocks, blankets, lid eyes, etc., provides an environment of stimulation and relaxation that allows the body and mind to enter and stay in balance. Restorative postures help us in times of stress, weakness or fatigue and have an effect of physical, mental and emotional healing in people who practice them frequently.

Restorative Yoga helps to stabilize the internal organs by means of movements and simple asanas that manage to improve the general harmony of the body contributing also to raise energy levels and to better conciliate sleep. In Restorative Yoga with an emphasis on the back, it facilitates the safe movement of the spine with the aim of improving injuries or pain caused by stress or inappropriate postures.

VINYASA

It is a practice in which we invite you to flow and meditate at the rhythm of your breathing, feeling love and compassion for your body to protect it from any danger, risk or injury; but at the same time taking it a little beyond the limit, strengthening it and discovering your inner strength, the one that shows us that we are stronger than we think we are.

HATHA YOGA

 

It is a gentle form of Yoga, the rhythm of this practice takes you from one asana to another without being so marked the change. This practice is ideal for beginners and perfect to start or end a heavy day.
