A practice to know myself, to awaken the awareness of my body, to feel the subtleness of the breath, the joy of movement.<br />
Each time you step on the mat you learn something new. but are you present enough to acknowledge it?  There is many things we can learn from our movements. Even standing still, or not being able to stand still&#8230;.</p>
<p>Each yoga practice is a lesson!</p>
<p>Enjoy it and play with it!</p>
